Consciously slowing down for the end of the year. Just 6½ days of work to go. A good, run of the mill week. I’m in a good mental place before the rush of Christmas arrives.
I finished the Wizard and Glass audiobook, and reading Crossroads of Twilight. One I’ve read several times now, and the other I’ll never read again. One advanced the story of The Dark Tower with a meaningful backstory, and the other advanced the story not one jot and could have achieved that little in 2-3 chapters.
These have been replaced by The Well of Ascension audiobook and The Wool Trilogy on the Kobo since I finally finished season 1 of Silo last week.
The work Christmas party was a fun night this week. Same venue as last year and with a better level of service. The time went quick.
Some coding yesterday, adding likes and reports to Webmention pages. Will writing in the morning reduce the pressure shows all types of responses at the bottom of the page.
Smashing my weekly exercise targets. Each week I hit them I get a $5 reward and rather than more iTunes vouchers have opened a savings account for cash instead.
