Philosophy in the Hellenistic and Roman Worlds is a continuation of the story of philosophy begun in Classical philosophy. It’s interesting learning how ideas have grown and bounced off each other. Sometimes providing refined Distinctions, and other times in opposition.

The introduction of early Christian philosophers made more sense once I realised I didn’t know what the Trinity was beyond “Father, Son and Holy Spirit”. A quick search gave me enough background to understand better. Though non-religious I can still appreciate the subtleties of the arguments.
