The optimisation-procrastination trap is insidious enough in its own right, but there is another trap within the trap.
The initial move from one system to another appears easier because an amount of documentation, notes, photo, etc., have already been organised. When organising has halted because the system is too difficult to work with, and a new system, or alternative configuration is found, it’s relatively easy to move what has already been worked on. Very soon the previously unorganised documents are reached again the problem continues.
