I have an AI policy for this site. I believe it is important to be up-front with how I use Generative AI to support content generation.
The act of maintaining my AI policy publicly keeps me actively engaged in thinking about how I use AI. I don’t think I’d be as conscious about it otherwise.
In ten years, if not five, Generative AI will be so ubiquitous a policy like this will be unnecessary and moot.
