My Home theatre system funnels all video and audio through a Yamaha RV-V4A amplifier.^[It replaced a Yamaha RX-V485]
It supports Dolby Vision which is important because Dolby Vision takes some work but is worth it.
I have it connected to Elac Debut Reference DBR-62 (bookshelf speakers), an Orpheus Centaurus centre channel speaker, an Aaron Sub120 Subwoofer and Pure Acoustics bookshelf spealers.
