Link as much as possible.
Where it is expected a link will be required in the future, create the link now because Reducing friction is a gift to my future self. This is easiest for Concept notes.
Avoid linking to internal page headings whenever possible. Links break when a heading is moved or rewritten.
Self-linking, i.e., linking to the same page as being written is encouraged. It provides a marker to the reader and allows for block extraction into other notes.
Dates in the form YYYY-MM-DD should be linked every time. This draws items on the same date together.
