I was having an up-and-down day on Sunday. One of those were I wanted to do something and at the same time wanted to do nothing, vacillating between relaxed and frustrated. Then, at one point I sat at the computer, opened The Quantum Garden Vault and did a modicum of Digital gardening. All it took was the creation of a couple of small notes to make me feel better. There is a lesson in that. Creating notes without any agenda is a happy place I haven’t previously recognised. When it’s not “work” it’s good for my soul.
I love being reminded of how important it is to listen to my emotions and they change during the day based on the activities I undertake. The small moments can be enlightening.
