The same principles I’m trying to embed at home are not being used at work. I started to, but with the same “got to create a permanent record” roadblock. Outside of meeting notes, it will have been a long time since I wrote anything else into my work garden.
I am constantly coming up with principles that are not documented but should be for me to flesh out.
The biggest challenge now is remembering.
