A Habit is an automatic, repetitive action usually undertaken without conscious thought.

Habits are deeply entwined within our Way of Being.

Habit can develop consciously or unconsciously. Habit is formed by a cue, routine and reward.1 Starting a habit is often attempted through routine and willpower only which is insufficient. Habit tracking can help me develop more positive habits.
