We all have individual agendas because even in the best case of working as a team, we don’t know what is deeply important to each other and how to look after each other’s Concerns.

Maybe we never ask for fear of finding incompatibilities. Don’t ask, don’t tell. Yet if our concerns are violated, it matters not that nobody knew.

Leadership, in the way most commonly experienced, isn’t the answer. It obscures the unheld conversations by the leader, defacto answering them on everyone else’s behalf. We follow the leader from our common unvoiced and assumed concerns. I believe that to be false form of Collaboration.
