Second-order learning

Second-order learning enhances First-order learning by observing our behaviour through the lens of our Way of Being. The way we see the world—how we observe it—represents an opportunity for deep Learning.1

Applying new Distinctions is a way to change our listening by design and this enhances our ability to become a new observer.
