Interstitial journaling

Interstitial journaling

17 January 2026†

A type of Journaling that tracks activities throughout a time period. An entry is made for each task transition noting what was just completed, and what will be completed next. The Next action must only be something you think you can actually do.

Interstitial journaling is a obviously a way to Capture historical information with a journal but the purpose is ultimately Self-authorship with a journal.
