They say, ‘You don’t know what you don’t know,’ which is undeniably true. However, I often undermine ourselves by making crucial decisions without acknowledging the unknowns.

Every blind spot I miss increases the risk of taking a detrimental action, and missing the opportunity of positive action.

Mental models help me expand our field of vision beyond my blind spots1.
