Anxiety often takes me when I am living in an Assessment that something is uncertain and unpredictable. It is a Basic mood of life.

Anxiety as defined in The Ontology of the Human Observer is different from medically diagnosed anxiety and I need to be aware of the Distinction between them. Experiencing anxiety about a situation I can’t control is quite different from a generalised anxiety that is limiting my ability to function in life.

I can use the process of Grounding Assessments as a means to overcome Anxiety. This uses a linguistic interpretation to help generate an Ontological shift in the mood I’m experiencing.

Anxiety is depicted here as a web of confusion that seems impenetrable. Yet there is light present if I choose to look for it and what may seem at first uncertain and dangerous can be transformed into an opportunity to engage in curious learning and shift to a mood of Wonder.

All darkness has some light at the end of the tunnel.
