		<description>I&#039;ve gotta say, your advice on this front is profound and, for me at the moment, timely. I have seen so much bullsh#t and wasted time within firms over the years regarding HR and reviews, where people fill out questionnaires prior to reviews, writing what they think their manager wants to hear. Overly structured, &#039;form filling&#039; conversations are not real conversations (imagine doing that on a first date!) and do nothing to improve communication, rapport or trust. Having said that, a clear structure for the conversation is essential. Your approach strikes the ideal balance, in my view. David, your advice is sage. Thank you.</description>
